The Tartar Eraser — Ultrasonic Dental Scaler

Lift tartar at home, between dental cleanings. The ultrasonic tip vibrates 31,000 times a minute to loosen hardened buildup and coffee stains, and the dental mirror in the box helps you see behind your lower front teeth.

Why you'll like it

• 31,000 vibrations a minute to break up buildup a brush can't shift.
• 5 intensity modes, from Soft to Super Strong — start low and work up.
• 2-in-1: swap the scaling tip for the brush head to polish afterwards.
• Stainless steel tip, waterproof body and USB charging.

How to use

1. Switch on and choose a low mode to start.
2. Hold the tip at a slight angle against the tooth and move it gently along the edge of the buildup — never press into the gum.
3. Use the mirror to check the spots you can't see.
4. Swap to the brush head to polish, then rinse.

Once a week is plenty — it isn't meant for daily use.

In the box

1 scaler, 1 dental mirror, 1 brush head and 1 USB charging cable. Bundles with extra heads or tools are available in the options above.

Work gently and stay off the gumline. If you have gum disease, implants or sensitive teeth, ask your dentist first. A tool for between professional cleanings, not instead of them.
